At Jim Shore, we want you to be completely delighted with your handcrafted collectibles; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the figurine or home decor item in its original branded packaging and protective styrofoam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
